What is “specific physical” preparation?

It is the part of the training, which seeks to put the athlete in the best possible shape, through their natural aptitudes and developing their physical qualities to the maximum, through systematic, gradual and progressive exercises, which allow the adaptation of the body for training specific and technical of each sport and thus obtain optimal sporting performance. Specific and individualized physical preparation focused on passing all kinds of tests.
The first thing to remember about success is that it is a process -nothing more, nothing less. there is really no magic to it and it’s not reserved only for a select few people. as such, success really has nothing to do with luck, coincidence or fate. it really comes down to understanding the steps in the process and then executing on those steps One thing for certain though.

Sport is a very important social phenomenon in these times. What began with the epic, ends with the multidisciplinary study, scientific methodology, joint vision and global assessment of sport as fundamental items to improve sports performance. Currently the number of athletes is an indicator of the quality of life of society divided into different ages without any restriction.

There is no sport that does not need physical preparation, as an important basis, to obtain maximum performance and it would be unthinkable that an athlete could obtain good results, only training the technical part of his sport.
